Overview

This article describes using the OnBase Application Enabler to retrieve documents from OnBase using a screen in PeopleSoft in Google Chrome.

Prerequisites:

Customer must have access to the application screen(s) listed below and to the OnBase Document Types searched.
Customer must be accessing the application in the Google Chrome web browser.
You must be logged into OnBase using the Unity Client with the Application Enabler running.
Documents must exist in OnBase indexed with the Empl ID/ID Number.

Step-by-step Guide

Launch the Unity Client and log in to OnBase. The Application Enabler should start with the Unity Client.
Navigate to one of the application screens listed below.
Place your mouse cursor over the keyword used to perform the search.
Hold down the Ctrl key and double-click the left mouse button.
OnBase will attempt to retrieve the documents based on the keyword selected (The system may take a few seconds to perform this search). If no documents are found, OnBase will inform you with the message "No Documents Found".

The following application screens are configured to work with Application Enabler. Fore each screen, Application Enabler is configured to return specific document types in OnBase.

Hover the mouse cursor over the "Empl ID" or "ID Number", hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and double left-click the mouse (Ctrl+Double Left-Click) to run the search in OnBase.
