- Web Portal
- Allows a user to reset their Clearspan Web Portal / Application Password or Voicemail (Voice Portal) Passcode.
- Enter User ID: 661654XXXX@csub.edu

- Enter any 2 of the identifiers below and press the Send Request button.

- You will then receive an email with a confirmation number to enter. If you do not receive an email in 15 minutes please contact the Service Center.

- Please enter the confirmation number you received in the email message.

- Verifies the confirmation code and provides the reset options.
- Enter the confirmation number you received in the email message and press the desired reset to perform.

- After you have reset the password for the web portal or the voicemail box, you will receive a "Clearspan Password has been Reset" email message for the Web portal or a "Voicemail (Voice Portal) Passcode has been Reset" email message for the type of password reset you chose.
